At the onset of COVID-19, Northwood urgently needed telehealth booking — PMD delivered it inside a brand-new, fully responsive website.
PMD Media developed and integrated a teleconferencing appointment solution into a brand-new, fully responsive website for Northwood Medical. The platform streamlined scheduling, managed high patient volume with live wait-time updates, and ensured patients could access care safely and conveniently — maintaining continuity of care when it mattered most, and scaling smoothly as Northwood grew across Greater Sudbury and Timmins.
